VR Club for Language Learning:
The VR Club for Language Learning explores the implementation of virtual reality (VR) resources such as Immerse me to enhance language learning. It aims to support the practice of Listening and Speaking skills for languages offered by the WLLC. The VR Club for Language Learning strives to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of virtual reality tools on language learning as well as language teaching. The VR Club for Language Learning also promotes cultural awareness and collaborative work among language teachers and students of all languages at the
U of A.

Purpose

The (Digital) Pedagogy Meet-Up will explore how to expand pedagogical practices through digital components and other methodologies. Every Meet-Up will cover discussions on the implementation of alternative resources which have a potential impact in current teaching practices. The (Digital) Pedagogy Meet-Up seeks to foster a collaborative community of educators from all corners of the UARK campus as we purpose a discussion around how to put into practice and explore nuances in pedagogy.
